Thousand Island is open for tourism from all over the world who like to enjoy the beautiful beach, beautiful ocean and life coral reef of DKI Jakarta. Thousand Island has undersea Tuner Aquarium, glass bottom boat, waterboom, swimming pool and water spot.

It takes about 30min until 2 hours from Marian Ancol, Jakarta. It would take 30 minutes to Ayer Isaldn and Bidadari Isaland, while other might take over an hour for places like resort Island, such as  Pulau Putri, Pulau Sepa, Pulau Pelangi, Pulau Bira, Pulau Macan, Pulau Kotok, and to Island with resident: Pulau Tidung, Pulau Pramuka, Pulau Harapan, Pulau Kelapa, Pulau untung Jawa, Pulau Pari, and to Island that over 2 hours, such as Pulau Pantara, the furthest among the Islands. For short distance island, you cannot do snorkeling and diving for the ocean is dirty and murky for it is too close to Jakarta Metropolitan City. Therefore we recommend to take at least1 hour speedboat to the Island before you can see a clean and clear ocean water.

The facility in the thousand Island varies from the Cottage, Water Sport, and other facilities. For those who like snorkeling and diving, visiting underwater Tunner Aquarium, Glass Bottom Boat, Waterboom, and Sunset Cruise we recommend to visit Island located at least 1 hour with speedboat and Island with resident plus resort. Few of our recommendation would be Tidung Island for its beautiful beaches, coral reef, Tidung Lagoon resort, snorkeling sport, diving, and other facilities.
